Get started
- Sign in with your Amara store super-admin login.
- Meet Aibo, your assistant. Just talk to it: it handles sales, customers, research, writing, design, social media, ads, store checks and website change requests.
- Aibo leads the team and hands your request to the right bot.
- Sales helps with sponsors, partners and growth ideas.
- Finance helps with budgets, costs and reports.
- Customer Success helps members and keeps the community happy.
- Research searches the web and gives you the links.
- Writer writes posts, emails and announcements.
- Designer makes images for you.
- Social Media plans and publishes posts, schedules them, and can run ads.
- Watchdog sends a daily summary at 8 AM and flags spam. It never deletes anything by itself.
- Builder turns your change requests into code tasks; Rohith reviews the preview before anything goes live.
Connect your apps
The first time a bot needs an app, it shows you a link. Open it and sign in once. After that, every bot that is allowed to use that app can use it. You can also just ask: "connect my Instagram".
Approvals: you're in control
Before a bot changes, posts or sends anything, you see a card with Yes and No. Nothing happens until you tap Yes.
Big actions need two Yes taps: deleting something, removing a user, emailing all members, and starting or changing ads that spend money. Ads always start paused unless you say to start them.
Posting & scheduling
- Ask for a post: "Make a picture for our book swap and post it." The bot asks where it should go.
- The card lists exactly where the post will go (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, X, Pinterest). Say "only Instagram" to change it before you tap Yes.
- Schedule it: "Post this tomorrow at 9 AM" or "Every Monday 10 AM post the weekly update". Times are India time.
- See and cancel scheduled items in Settings, under Scheduled.
Images & media
Ask Designer or Social Media to make an image. Everything you make is saved in the Media Library (in the bot list). There you can view, download, delete, or tap "Use in Post" to start a post with that picture.
Telegram (optional)
Chat with your bots from your phone. Set it up once in Settings, under Telegram:
- In Telegram, open @BotFather, send /newbot and follow the steps. BotFather gives you a token.
- Paste the token in Settings, under Telegram, and tap Save and connect. You will see your bot's @name and "Connected".
- Tap Link my Telegram. You get a 6-digit code: open your bot in Telegram and send /start followed by the code (or tap the button that opens it for you). The code works for 10 minutes.
- Done. Message your bot like you would here. Yes/No cards appear as buttons.
To stop, tap Disconnect in Settings.
Install on your phone
Put Aibo on your home screen so it opens like any other app, full screen, and works just like on the computer.
